At RK ROYAL KLUDGE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming gear. If your keyboard or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all keycap pullers, additional switches, cables, and manuals that were included in the box.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
